Follow us for free bids!

Hi all!
Last week, we had announced our “follow us for free bids” offer (read about it here). Since then , we have recieved lot of emails from our happy users asking how to claim their free bids after they start following us. Here is how to do it in 3 simple steps -
- 1. Sign up for twitter (if not already done so, it’s really worth it!)
- 2. Go to www.twitter.com/bidray/ and click on follow (grey button between our logo).
- 3. Let us know your twitter and bidray usernames using the comment form below or send an email to twitter@bidray.com with your usernames, with “follow us for free bids” in the subject line.
That’s it! You’re done. Then, as soon as we recieve your usernames, we’ll start the verification process and if your usernames are valid, your free bids will be credited in your bidray accounts within 24 hours! If we find your username incorrect, one of our super-friendly relationship managers will contact you (on either your twitter or bidray account, whichever is valid) and make sure the bids are credited to your account.

Thank you for your quick response, but I did email support twice yesterday (last night) and once today (about an hour ago). The only thing you stated above I have not done is choose a charity, but surely that would not hold up my won and paid for items. Hopefully, I will hear something from support today. Thank you

Hi, I emailed support RE:clock/play malfunction numerous times over the past 2-3 days and have not gotten any response nor have I received any of my won items (going on 3 three weeks, now). Seems like support f/ups with responses that are an easy fix only. How do I get in touch with someone? I do not think I am being unreasonable or wrong in becoming skeptical.
